Promoting socialisation is a necessity to live a healthy and enjoyable life. Through Group/centre activities program, participants can take a range of activities to improve their capability building and their overall wellbeing.
For a person with developmental delay or disability, there are less opportunities for interactions with others. Care & Care can resolve this issue through group and centre activities like social outings. This will improve participants' capability building, enriching connections with others and overall healthy and wellbeing of life.
Within this service there are minor services:
+ Claiming for establishment fees for personal care and participation supports
+ Group and centre based activities (standard)
+ Transitional arrangements for community and centre based group activities (core)
