Travel assistance allows participants to complete their daily tasks and meet their needs so they can live an ordinary life. At Care & Care, we can help our clients access to safe and appropriate transport methods.
Services assisting with transportation and travelling, especially for clients who has disability. Transport is important as it enables participants to access disability supports outside their home and to achieve the goals in their plan.
